all our patrons and future customers,
As
some of you may know the Ali Oli Bakery Café
opened in 1986 and has a long and proud history
of serving clients in Sai Kung and across Hong
Kong. Through the efforts of Nick and Pam, and
more recently Immy, the business has become a
local institution.
We
are now at the beginning of a new era and, we
the new owners, Hazel, Matt, Claire and Philip
would like to introduce you to our new look and
our latest product list.
You
can see that we have kept most of your favourite
items and have added a number of delicious new
creations as well as extending the services we
offer.

| We have
a number of promises to make: |

We
are retaining most of the existing products,
refining the recipes, and improving the quality
of the ingredients to bring you bakery products
of the highest quality. |

We
will continue to add fine new bakery items
to complement the existing range, created
by our new Bakery Chef, Wallace; and Executive
Chef, Hazel. |

· |
Our
Gourmet products will be extended to include
a complementary range of top quality Deli
foods for sale to eat in our outdoor café,
to take away and for delivery. |

· |
We
have employed one of the best and most creative
local interior designers to help us create
a landmark store. Renovations will start soon
to create a relaxing outdoor café and
delightful new bakery. |

We
will be providing a more comprehensive delivery
schedule for those of you who don’t
have the time to come to us. |

Chefs
Table is our new Gourmet Catering Service
bringing to you a tailored menu of foods for
all occasions. |
|

We
will be serving an exciting new range of drinks
for consumption in the café or to take
away. |
|
|
· |
And
last but not least a delicious new range of
products to be launched at the beginning of
next year. Its our little secret for now,
but we will tell you as soon as we can. |
